These two blogs along with many others are offering a chance to win a Silhouette Cameo over the next few days. Don't Know what that is? It is a cutting system that hooks up through your computer and the uses are endless. It is craft junkies dream!

Mr C and Santa
At Mr C's school they host a Santa Breakfast for the Kinder and 1st graders. It happened to be the same day as Miss C's Angel breakfast at her school. After dropping Miss C off Mr C and I enjoyed some time together. He had so much fun visiting Santa (AKA Mr. S from School one of the other 1st grade teachers). I think he was more excited to see his friends and teacher on a non school day then anything else.
While we are talking about school I thought I would show you what we made for the teachers this Christmas. I painted mugs from the dollar store with Chalkboard paint and included Christmas Blend teas, Hot Chocolate Via,candy cane and a piece of chalk in each cup. The paint will stay on as long as you hand wash only.
Miss C's School Program
Miss C was so excited to get all dressed up for her school Christmas program. She sang 4 songs and her favorite part was being able to stand by her buddy Miss L.
I just love these kids!

Last of the Leaves...
Tree lighting
This year we meet Grandma and Grandpa at Bridgeport for the tree lighting ceremony. Even though it was very cold we had so much fun! Mr. C really got into dancing to the live music and kept all of us around him entertained. The kids got to see Santa and even some snow. I was a fun evening and we will defiantly do it again next year.
Love the "smile" Miss C gave she had just woken up from a nap in the car and was not thrilled to have her picture taken.

Thanksgiving Feast
At Miss C 's school they had a Thanksgiving feast were the kids sang some songs and made some treats to share. Miss C was over the flu just in time to be able to perform in the program and Grandma was off work and able to join us too!
helpers....
One day we had Cousin A over for the afternoon. While they were outside playing I asked if they would help clean up the leaves. Clever cousin A asked if they could each have a dollar for helping? and Colin and asked if they could have Mac and Cheese after they were done? So sure enough for $3 dollars and a box of Mac and cheese our yard was cleaned up and the kids had a blast!

7 years old
Wow I have been slacking off on posting sorry about that! I will try to catch you up on the happenings around here.
To start off Mr C had his 7th Birthday! This year he again said no picture day with mom but I did manage to get a few pictures that morning and hopefully I will convince him soon to let me do a mini photo shoot :)
I am ever amazed at the many ways you brighten my life. You teach me so much with all your questions, our google searches, and your many many non fiction books. You help me remember to dream big and always use my imagination. You inspire me to practice my talents just like you practice art and music. I love your laughter and smile. I pray you will always remember just how much you are loved!
